About who we support

Vision Australia provides services to more than 25,500 people clients from 35 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

About the role

  • Work with the Client Insights Lead to coordinate and contribute to the internal Voice of Customer program and client surveying and research activities.
  • Collaborate with a range of internal departments to support their client engagement projects and deliver exceptional customer experience to these stakeholders with every project.
  • Support the management of the Qualtrics XM Directory, client data records, project data and integration with Salesforce CRM and other business systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Keep the Client Research Repository up to date with the latest research done in the organisation.
  • Analyse data collected via the new Survey and CX tool which Vision Australia is implementing.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs
  • The ability to both design survey questions and work collaboratively to design a survey
  • Experience supporting teams to use customer voice data to create and implement customer experience improvements
  • Building and managing surveys and dashboards using Qualtrics or equivalent survey tools
  • Understanding and experience withquantitative and qualitative research and data analysis methods (including statistical analysis and in depth interviewing well regarded)
