An opportunity awaits to manage a diverse team of service delivery professionals day to day, supporting adoption of high quality person-centred services in an individualised funding environment for clients. This positon reports to the Operations Manager and will work in close collaboration with the Centralised Support team and the Clinical Governance team, as well as other Regional Client Services Managers and key stakeholders nationally to achieve business success.  

Responsibilities 

As a Regional Client Services Manager at Vision Australia you will:

  • lead, manage and motivate the team to provide personalised services that meet the needs of clients ensuring client retention and engagement. Services may be provided in the centre, in the community or in the home;
  • undertake operational management ensuring that the team are achieving defined KPI’s, including billable and productive time;
  • implement strategies that will foster client growth;
  • demonstrate sound financial management ensuring that services are delivered within agreed budget;
  • ensure that services are delivered in accordance with quality and compliance requirements, also ensuring gaps are addressed and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and addressed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Qualifications in Business Management/Health or Community Services at graduate or post-graduate level (or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications plus extensive experience);
  • Lead Teams - Leading and engaging teams to deliver services;
  • Team Coaching & Development builds the performance and capability of a diverse workforce;
  • Business Acumen - Demonstrating business knowledge and skills, including financial management;
  • Client/Customer Service - leads excellence in client/customer service
