An opportunity exists for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Vision Store Team in a 12 month maternity leave position – immediate start. 

Our preferred candidate will have the ability to develop end-to-end promotional product campaigns and create assets across various distribution channels. You will have experience in a similar position and have an adaptive mindset, be agiledynamic and have a can do attitude!

Reporting into the Head of Retail, you will be responsible to: 

  • Develop and execute the timeline for each campaign to achieve milestones in the creation process and deliver assets;
  • Develop and execute the end to end campaign process, with clear communication to all stakeholders of deadlines;
  • Develop the creative briefs in DM and Digital based on the campaign strategy and with an understanding of the target audience, desired channels and messaging;
  • Manage external relationships including agencies;
  • Manage all campaign elements creation as per the requirements define by the markets prior to them being released and uploaded, ensuring the quality and standard are as per the strategy;
  • Develop and manage launch and product education events to internal and external customers;
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure they informed at each milestone

We are seeking someone who has the following expertise:

  • Previous experience in a Campaign Development position within a Marketing or Retail related field;
  • The ability to create and manage campaigns from inception through to deployment;
  • Manage individual campaign budgets and adhere to key timelines and deadlines;
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and contribute to a high performing team;
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, team work and build strong relationships with internal & external partners;
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.
