We are looking for a Supporter Experience Specialist to join our agile and fast paced team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The role supports all aspects of the customer journey, helping Vision Australia create seamless and engaging experiences throughout the supporter life cycle. The role is responsible for creating personalized customer journeys to on-board, engage and retain Vision Australia supporters.

About who we support

Vision Australia provides services to more than 25,500 people clients from 35 Vision Australia centres in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; and through outreach programs in the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

About the role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign briefs to support the creation of customer journeys to on-board, engage and retain Vision Australia supporters.
  • Utilise channel knowledge and data-driven insights to inform approach.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, such as data operations and analytics, digital, donor development, CRM technical development to build best practice automated campaigns.
  • Management of campaign data segmentation strategy, consistently reviewing and improving to maximise performance.
  • Work in partnership with creative agencies to deliver engaging and inspiring content.
  • Establish campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, fundraising or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Experience in delivery of data driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with agencies in the delivery of high performing digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a track record of delivering success.
