An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our team in Kooyong.

Responsibilities

As an Community Fundraising Coordinator at Vision Australia you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Vision Australia’s Community Fundraising Strategy.
  • Develop and excecute tactical plans across community fundraising, Black and White committees, Seeing Eye Dogs collection dogs and community groups.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to Regional Business Managers and Coordinator of Volunteers regarding local office community fundraising programs.
  • Ensure fundraising compliance across community fundraising, including the registration of all community and volunteer fundraisers in line with State requirments, and that volunteers for whom you are responsible are supported in their fundraising.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing or sales or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful client/donor relationship outcomes with highly engaged supporters.
  • Thorough understanding of fundraising and the principles of community fundraising and stewardship.
  • Demonstraited experience in strategy preparation, tactical development campaign planning and delivery.
