An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Retail Coordinator to join our team in Parramatta.

Responsibilities 

As a Retail Coordinator at Vision Australia you will:

  • Handle general customer inquiries, F2F, phone, email
  • Maintain the Retail Store & Tech Hub display and demonstration areas and ensure all equipment is in working order
  • Achieve sales of new or additional technology and/or aids through multiple channels
  • Provide timely quotes for internal and external customers; especially for NDIS and MAC
  • Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) from local service providers and other groups as required and convert to sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • AQF certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent or higher; or
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy (OT) as recognised by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably of optical aids, medical equipment or assistive  technology
